Making an informed decision in the voting booth is the voters right democracy
at work. Political contests are all too often filled with half-truths, misinformation,
and myths that muddy decision-making. This spreading of foggy information is
especially true for school issues, as opinions can easily be manipulated to convince a majority to vote against the schools.
For voters to make informed decisions, distortions and misinformation must be met by balanced information. A primary role of WEVOTE is to provide such a balanced perspective.
